2. Haha I find that annoying, too! It's that last little ridge on the beam on the pole to the right, it's designed to shake up the primer tray but really it just shoots little powder flakes out of the charged case, no matter how slowly you crank it. :-p
3. Good vid, also interesting to see you have the same issues as I have with mine re primer feeding. I used to also have a bullet feed kit but found it buggered up more than it sped up the process. Depending on the powder loads I also find that the pro 1000 is a little jerky and spills powder, I sometime place my finger over the case with powder in it until it reaches the next station. But hey for the price they arent too bad a unit, shame they cant iron out the little bugs a little better.

I offer some tips, but not in depth how-tos as in setting up and adjusting the separate functions. A progressive press is a different monster if you're accustomed to single stage press. They require LOTS of setup and de-bugging. Even then, you still will run into constant bugs. If you ask me, I still prefer single stage. Why? I've made a few batches that simply weren't as reliable as what I typically make on single stage. More jams. More primers struck without firing. Less accuracy. However, keep in mind with practice, over time, such things can be brought to a minimum, I'm just describing MY experience thus far.
