well done nibsy ;o) it will go very well with some butter and homemade leek and tatty(potato) soup .
Got a tip for you, when you take it out of the oven, coat the bread all over with "soft" butter. This will help the bread from drying out as it cools and you don't get the hard crust. Unless you like it that way.

@Magik.....yum.....It looks so good I am making a loaf tommorrow....using nuts and grains similar to eziekel bread.....wish i could have a slice of that warm bread with some garlic butter and cold glass of goats milk..........yum

hand mold and at a daily bases i alsow cook loaf and other things ( you can make different kind of loaf ( fruit and veggy's can be inserted at the last moment while rising)

thanks so much noreen. Every idiot on the web shows a recipe of using regular milk which unless you own your own cow, nobody will have if SHTF so nice to see someone truly awake and suggest powdered milk. looks yummy. thanks magick for finding this and passing it on.
food for thought...you might want to switch out the white flour for rye...that's all I ever make because of the alloxan added to white flour unless you grind your own...attacks the beta cells of the pancreas...
