Your camera really does hate sirens doesn't it? haha It really doesn't sound THAT bad to me, has about the same length wind down as mine does. Also forgot that little bastard is a Fedelcode version, so at least now I know what kind of bearings to find for it! Bad part is this sumbitch has those 4 little brushes, which is gonna be hard to find. I'd replace the holders if it were me, I hate those 4-brush motors.
Is this Model 2 used for Firecalls only or used for Tornado Warnings too and did the city 2001s and Whelens do Alert and Attack too
