You know I never really bought into the whole eating better making you feel better thing until I tried it. Just simple things like drinking water more often instead of soda etc make me feel a lot better, both physically, and the peace of mind they give you that you aren't constantly harming your body. Biggest problem I face doing it is how busy my days are, sometimes the convenience seems to outweigh the cons, but I try stop myself! Taking multi-vitamins myself as a sort of trade off :P
Jer, thank you so much for your comment and your kind words, I worry sometimes that I'm just too random for people to watch and understand. I can speak in public, but I dont like to... I didnt always have the ease I do now in front of the camera.. I had to work hard to get that way. Thank you for watching my video, it means so much to me.

Hi. Im enjoying your vlogs so far. No need to be too concerned bout any perceived lack of professionalism. You are doing a great job already. Most of us on Youtube are just amateurs, with a desire to document our story and/or help others. I admire the ease you display in front of the camera. Do you find public speaking ok perhaps?.
